Age Criteria: 12 years and over
Symptoms: Facial pain or pressure, nasal congestion, and a runny nose with green or yellow discharge. You may also experience a cough, reduced sense of smell, and headaches. The discomfort typically worsens when bending forward. Fever and tiredness can accompany the infection in some cases.
Age Criteria: 5 years and over
Symptoms: A sore throat can cause pain, irritation, or scratchiness in the throat, making it difficult to swallow. It often comes with swollen glands, hoarseness, and redness in the throat. Children may experience additional symptoms like fever, headache, or stomach pain. Viral infections are a common cause, but bacterial infections may also occur.
Symptoms: Infected insect bites or stings may lead to redness, swelling, and intense itching around the affected area. If infected, the area could develop pus, feel warm to the touch, and spread. Symptoms may include fever or swollen lymph nodes. Prompt treatment can help you prevent complications and reduce discomfort.

Symptoms: Shingles are marked by a painful, itchy rash that typically appears on one side of the body or face. Symptoms begin with tingling, numbness, or burning pain before the rash develops.
